Lighthouse Tour
Each morning we paddle from our shop in
downtown Boothbay Harbor out past the moorings to the Burnt Island
Lighthouse. Built in 1821, and situated at the entrance to the Harbor,
it is the second-oldest surviving lighthouse in the state, and offers
spectacular views in all directions. Stand on the bluff and look out to
the sea, and turn around to see the fleet of lobster boats coming and
going from the Harbor. Paths on the island give us a chance to stretch
our legs before we paddle back along the shore of Southport Island.
Time: 9:00am
Duration: 2-3 hours
Price: $35.00 |

Wildlife Tour
Take an afternoon to meander through the islands of the coast as we
make our way to Ram Island in the Sheepscot River. These protected and
secluded waters offer an excellent alternative to the bustle of the
Harbor where you can see coastal Maine at its best. We regularly see
osprey, herons, eagles and one of the most active harbor seal colonies
in the Gulf of Maine. Midway we make a stop on Ram Island to soak in
the views of the Sheepscot and enjoy a refreshing snack.
Time: 1:30pm Duration: 3 hours Price: $40.00 |

Sunset Tour
As the wind dies down, this is perhaps the most beautiful time of day
to be on the water. Leaving from our shop in the Harbor, we paddle out
toward the islands and watch the osprey and porpoises as they come
alive at dusk and the last of the windjammers head back to their
berths. Turning to make our own way back, we see the colors of the sunset spread
out over the pines of Southport Island.
Time: 5:30pm
Duration: 2-3 hours
Price: $35.00 |

Sheepscot River Tour
New to our line-up, we now offer this half-day trip which will take you
through the islands of the Sheepscot River where we will find a perfect
spot to spread out a picnic and watch the gulls flying alongside the
fishing boats out in the distance. From the Sheepscot we paddle right
back into Boothbay Harbor in time for an afternoon of shoreside
relaxation.
Time: 9:00am
Duration: 5-6 hours
Price: $80.00 |

Damariscove Tour
For our experienced paddlers:
We will launch our kayaks from the mainland and head out to the
outermost islands of Booth Bay and have a chance to enter the harbor of Damariscove Island—a spot rich with history and magnificent views that
have witnessed everything from Captain John Smith and Bluebeard to
German U-Boats in WWII. This tour includes a picnic lunch and is
subject to sea conditions.
Time: 9:00am
Duration: 5-6 hours
Price: $80.00 |

Kayak Camping Trips
Leave the mainland behind
you and live in the rhythm of the tides--waking up to the gentle
whirring of lobster boats in the distance and falling asleep to the sound
of water on the rocks. On these trips we make the islands our home and
the seals our nearest neighbors for one, two or
three nights. Your guides will provide you with three full meals
and a new paddling adventure each day.
